Dossiers, session notes, scheduling and admin come together in one place, even across several practices. ombra is in development; a closed pilot environment with fictional data runs on Microsoft Azure in the EU.

Why ombra?

Psychologists often work in several places at once: their own practice, a group practice, an institution. Their records and notes end up scattered across systems, folders and paper.
ombra starts from one idea: the record belongs to the psychologist. One personal workspace, linked to every practice they work at, so admin never gets in the way of the conversation.

In the current build, tested in a closed pilot environment:
- Secure sign-in and a personal workspace linked to several practices
- Client dossiers with search, archiving and reopening
- Day and week calendar that prevents double bookings
- Session preparation based on the previous session
- Autosaving session notes that become immutable once finalised
