1. General

North Radius (Nick Radunovic) respects your privacy and handles your personal data with care. This privacy policy explains how we collect, use and protect your data.

2. Contact form

When you fill in our contact form, we collect the following data:

• Your name
• Your email address
• Your message
• Any additional information you provide
• Your IP address, only briefly, to limit abuse of the form

This data is used only to contact you about your enquiry and to provide the information or services you asked for. The legal basis is your request to be contacted (Article 6(1)(b) GDPR).

3. Retention

Your contact details are kept for as long as needed to handle your enquiry and any follow-up. Once the contact has ended, your data is deleted within a reasonable period, unless you have explicitly agreed to further contact.

4. Sharing data

Your personal data is not shared with third parties, except where this is necessary to deliver our services or where we are legally required to do so.

For the contact form we use two processors: Cloudflare, which hosts this website and receives the form, and Brevo, which forwards your message to us and sends you a confirmation. They process your data only on our instructions.

5. Cookies and tracking

This website uses no tracking cookies or extensive analytics tools. It sets no functional cookies either.

6. Your rights

You have the right to:

• Access your personal data
• Have your data corrected or deleted
• Object to the processing of your data
• Withdraw your consent
• Lodge a complaint with the Dutch Data Protection Authority (Autoriteit Persoonsgegevens)
